💰Original Quality Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine: Upon first spray, it smells incredibly like a real blood orange—not as bitter as a grapefruit, nor as sweet as a mandarin orange! The perfect balance of sweet and sour is like biting into the juicy flesh of a blood orange. After about 10 minutes, the scent stabilizes into a slightly bitter, slightly greenish fragrance, like the subtle, fresh scent that lingers on your hands after peeling a blood orange. The projection is very soft, and the lasting power is about 1 hour. Orange Sanguine smells quite simple, but its authenticity and naturalness of the blood orange are absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend trying this perfume, especially if you like natural, fresh citrus fragrances that aren’t overly sweet like sugar water. Many people were drawn to Orange Blossom in the summer of 2017, but I personally rejected it—a person heartbroken by Hermes Eau des Merveilles. (Eau des Merveilles has such a beautiful bottle, yet I completely disliked the fragrance, even hated it—it was devastating! However, Hermes fragrances are simply not my cup of tea; every time I’m attacked, it’s a fatal blow! The only exception is Eau de Parfum, which I’ll probably buy in full next.) (By the way, I also smelled the very popular Oolong Infini…to be honest, I seem to dislike all “tea”-themed perfumes, including Jo Malone’s series, which all have a powdery feel. I’ve long felt it’s a great pity that foreign perfumers are so skilled at creating fragrances but don’t understand tea.) Earlier this year, I met a girl, and she took out a sample of her perfume to touch up. On her, it smelled clean and refreshing, not the sweet and sour scent I like. My first reaction was actually a memory of By Killian’s Bamboo Forest Depths—”Fist pump! I want to buy a good deal on a ml!” (By Killian’s Bamboo Forest Depths is a huge fan! But touching my C-cup, I have to say, the bottle really doesn’t match the name of the fragrance. Every time I see it, I feel…so…heavy…)
